1) Annual Examination 2008 (All India Trade Test July
2008) will commence from 21st July 2008
2) Admission for the year 2008 in all trade is going
on and only few seats are available.
3) The 1st year promotional examination is going to
be held on 10th July 2008
4) The Institution is likely to start short term course
in 19 different trades as per the (MES) SDI scheme
under
government of India, from October
2008, those who have completed 8th standard and more
than 14yrs of age are
eligible for the above said course,
duration of the course varies from 60 to 180 hours
and the passed out trainees
will be issued national trade certificate
by government of India with which students can go
all sorts of employment.
5) Placement Information
After AITT exams companies like
Enzen Water Solutions, Multi Links and ISRO are conduction
campus interview for
outgoing students in our campus.
Passed out student list have been sent to following
establishment for employment

News Jan 2008
1) The All India Trade Test July 2007 results were
announced, with the over all institute result at 84%,
trade like
Electronics and REF &
AC got 100%, while Trades like DMM & FITTER got
87% and 89% respectively.
2) The admission counseling under grant in aid was
held on 27th October 2007 by Mr. B.S. Raghupathy,
Joint Director
(DET) for all the existing
trades.
3) The HAJI NABI SHARIFF GOLD MEDAL 2006 for the most
meritorious trainee of each trade for the year 2006
were
awarded on 29th December
2007, also Hon. President Jb. Zahed Ulla Meccai Saheb.
4) Mr. B.M. Sarwar Hussain was appointed as the Vice
Principal of the Institute on 12th December 2007.
5) The trainees took part in the annual inter ITI
Cricket tournament being organized under the auspices
of the
department of Employment
& Training.
6) Affiliation inspection by the Standing Committee
for additional Units of MRAC was held on 27th November
2007, the
committee was headed by Mr.
Muddanna, J.D.(DET).
7) Two trainees from the junior batch attended an
NSS Leadership camp for 10 days conducted by the DET
at
Melkote.
8) As part of an Industrial Visit the senior batch
of trainees are shortly visiting carious industries
related to their trade
and subject.
9) Campus Selection was held for Various trades by
companies like, Eureka Forbes, Shakti & CO, Pointec,
Oilco
around 30 trainees have been
appointed by these companies.

1) New trades Welder (1year) & Turner (2 year)
is likely to start from the year 2007.
2) Admissions are open for all trades for the year
2007.
3)AITT exams (2007 July) time table is
announced & will commence from 20th July
2007.
4) Mr.NazeerAhmed the senior most J.T.O is
promoted as training officer from May 2007.
5) New Panel boards along with all
accessories are installed in electrician
trade.
6) An ice candy plant, cold room is installed
for MR & AC trade.
7) Fitter trade is also equipped with
additional 20 vices.
8)New teaching faculty of four members are
appointed for MRAC & fitter trades.
9)Our Faculty with Students of various trades
visited many factories & training centre like
NTTF,FTI,MICO,DOORDARSHAN KENDRA,TRANSMITTING STATION
& METROLOGY.
10)Magazine for the year 2007 will be released
shortly.
11)The institution received permanent affiliation
from DGE&T in additional units of Electronic Mechanic
& Electrician trades also.

ACADEMIC / CURRICULAR
ACTIVITIES
The senior trainees are appearing in the ensuing annual
exams to be held in the last week of July 2007, 100
trainees from all the trades are likely to write the
exams.
Portions as per the syllabus are almost completed
and several staff have started revising them, many,
projects works are also being undertaken on the students
own expenses, in order to familiarize them about the
importance of practical. Professional service personnel’s,
in the field of Modern Electronics techniques like
Mobile Servicing, LCD, Color TV’s, etc, have been
temporarily hired to train the senior trainees
INDUSTRIAL VISITS
To expose the trainees about the industrial knowledge,
production, service, maintenance and other entrepreneurship
related fields, etc the trainees were sent to Establishments/
industrial like Bangalore Dairy, Hotel Atria, Indian
Metrological Department, All India Radio super Power
transmitting station, Bangalore Doordarshan Kendra,
NTTF Industrial centre, the international IMTEX
– 2007 exhibitions, etc. More visits are being organized
in the remaining four months, correspondences is
already made with BEML, MICO, RITTAL INDIA PVT LTD,
ETC.
AFFILIATION INSPECTION
The Institution had applied for excess admissions
in 1-unit (3rd unit) in the trade of MR & AC
trade during the 2006-07 academic sessions, inspections
for which were held on8th December 2007 and the
standing committees were satisfied with arrangements
made, the recommendations are expected from the
Department to accord the affiliation from The Government
of India.
PROPOSED NEW TRADE
& ADDITIONAL UNITS FROM 2007-08
The admission for the academic year is likely to
commence from April-2007, one additional unit(4th
unit) in the trade of MR&AC may be started,
along with New trades like Turner(2 years, SSLC
Pass) and Welder (1 year, SSLC Pass/Fail), from
the academic year 2007-08, not many private institutions
are offering these courses.
PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
One cold storage, one ice candy plant, 20 bench
vices, 7 table mounting and few motors, Transformers
and other equipments were purchased between Feb
and March 07.
MACHINERIES OVERHAULING
& MAINTENANCE WORK
All major machineries which are very old and not
functioning are being overhauled, and brought to
working conditions. Name plates, mentioning the
details of workshops, class rooms, office, library,
computer lab and other institution related details
are prepared and they are displayed at the respective
site.
ANNUAL MAGAZINE
Work for the Annual magazine image – 2007 is in
full progress and is due to release in the month
of May – 2007.
CAMPUS SELECTION/PLACEMENTS
Campus selection was held on 20th, & 21st Dec
06, by ETA Melco, around 200 trainees attended it,
50 were short listed and 20 selected, on 9th Feb
MA-FOI Management consultant conducted the selection,
20 trainees from Electrician attended, they were
all short listed and 14 of the selected.
The list of all our passed out candidates were given
on the requisition of the companies like, ADITYA

ANNUAL SPORTS/CULTURAL
ACTIVITIES
Annual sports & Cultural activities are planned
to be conducted in the 2nd / 3rd week of April 2007.
EXHIBITION/ PROJECT
WORKS.
Electronic Mech, trainees participated in the stage
level Electronics Exhibition held at Vishveshwarya
technical museum & won the 3rd prize for WALKIE
TALKIE project, the trainees are Hafeez, Muzamil
& Harris, 3 trainees, Masi, Azhar & Usama
have won prizes for Electronics quiz held at Vishveshwarya
museum.
