G.I.T.C  was started in the year 1968.

The institution is Managed by Ghousia Industrial  & Engineering Trust, Bangalore.

During the last 42 years, there has been a steady progress in the overall  development  of  the Institute.

At present ,GITC is considered  to  be one  of  the well established  Industrial Training Centre in  Karnataka State.

Institute is located adjacent to Christ College and Bangalore Diary in a pleasant atmosphere ideally suited for academic programmes.

GITC is known for its faculty expertise, state of the art infrastructure facilities, academic, extra curricular and co-curricular activities.
