The College Library has excellent collection of 38,894 volumes on its shelves costing over Rs 61.5 lakhs. It subscribes Online e-Journals through INDEST-AICTE Consortium ASCE, ASME, IEL. The college has a separate library building, it covers 1045.00 sq.ft and occupies 2 floors, the lending section & reading hall on the ground floor and reference section, T.V.hall and internet on the first floor.
The Library has been fully computerized with multi-user software. All the modules have been automated including OPAC (Online Public Accesses catalogue) Further OPAC facility has been extended to all the respective departments Through wireless network to enable staff and students to use this facilities .
Library is equipped with 12 nos of Pentium –IV Computers and one dedicated Server ; all networked with Netlib software Internet Facility is 24 X 7 hrs as the type of connectivity is lease line, Firewall Protected and permitted only to Browse websites Like DELNET, BITES etc.

WORKING HOURS
The College Library Functions as Follows
a) Lending Section : 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m
b) Reference Section : 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m
BORROWING SYSTEM
Each student can borrow 05 books at a time & can retain the books for a period of 15 days, the books have to return/renewed before the due date. Teaching faculty can borrow 08 books at a time.
SC-ST BOOK BANK
The College library has a Special SC/ST book bank facility exclusive for the use of SC/ST students. They can borrow 02 books & they can retain the books till the end of the semester.
AUDIO VISUAL FACILITES

The college library is an Institutional member of DELNET. It offers access to more than a million of bibliographic records through internet.
The college library has become a member of British library Bangalore. We can borrow books, Magazines &Videotapes from this library for the benefit of staff & students, & also access to online search facilities.
The college has become the member of CMTI library Bangalore, our college library can utilize certain facilities from CMTI library .
DIGITAL LIBRARY FACILITIES

ALTERNATE POWER SUPPLY
24 hours power supply is ensured for the library building. 75 KVA D.G set is separately installed
EDUCATIONAL T.V. PROGRAMME
- The library is arranging for live transmission of ISRO-Supported VTU-EDUSAT Lecture programmes for the benefit of students and staff through satellite communication.
- Separate dish antenna has been installed to view the various online educational programmes such as Gyandarshan , EKlavya KIsan, Gyanvani, CEC-UGC etc.
The average attendance of readers is estimated as 300 per day. The number of books consulted by the staff and students at the premises is 250 per day & number of books issued for home is about 250 per day.
